課程概述 |
Discussion based on selected papers focused on developmental biology, including: fundamental concept of research in developmental biology, epigenetics, molecular mechanisms of early embryonic development, CNS development, limb development, gonadal development and other organogenesis. |

課程目標 |
針對發育生物學方面的最新發現，藉由優良研究報告的選讀及討論，增進學生對於各種動物模式以及胚胎發育之分子機制的了解，讓學生對於各種分子與細胞生物學實驗方法在胚胎發育機制上的實際應用有更具體的認識，同時期望培養研究生對實驗方法、實驗設計及實驗結果詮釋等方面的批判性思考。 |
